The Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens (MSC-T) Teacher Refresher Course will give you access to the updated tools you need to offer the current MSC-T curriculum. This includes the tools you will need to offer both the 8-session and 16-session programs, updated inquiry methods, “drop-in” 15-minute sessions, email templates, and more.

Dr. Karen Bluth

Dr. Karen Bluth is the co-creator of the Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens program (formerly Making Friends with Yourself). She trains teachers in MSC-T internationally, is a researcher on self-compassion, and retired faculty at the University of North Carolina. She is the author of The Self-Compassion Workbook for Teens and The Self-Compassionate Teen (New Harbinger), co-author of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion for Teen ADHD (New Harbinger), the Audible Original “Self-Compassion for Teen Girls”, and Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens in Schools (PESI).
